any damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Meet The Eye is not responsible for items lost in transit and will not replace or issue a refund for such cases. 

If goods arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging.

 

Cancellation Policy (B2B customers only): 

 

A restocking fee of 20% for all canceled orders after two weeks. credit will be issued; no cash refund.
